The workshop of the children's scenic train is a structure based on six columns with concrete umbrella-shaped slabs that cover the entire space. The space had been in disuse for 20 years and the structure is attributed to Maestro Félix Candela. The restoration and recovery of the space consisted of waterproofing and freeing the slabs from accumulated water, cleaning all the glazed brick walls of graffiti and restoring the slabs. The main glass and steel façade was installed, as well as an indirect lighting system from the columns to emphasize the edges of the umbrellas. Outside, a fountain, street furniture and a garden of endemic species were installed. The building is the headquarters of Mexico Territorio Creativo.
