It is an extraordinary Art Deco style building with a metal structure, the first of its kind in the area. The restoration consisted of removing aggregates and fillers from all the slabs of the building, more than 10 tons were removed. The original metal beams were left exposed in the ceilings. Waterproofing of all the slabs. The reliefs and the original color of the facade were restored according to the coves. All the wooden doors and windows were also restored, as well as the terrazzo floors in the lobby and staircase, and the polychrome pasta mosaic floors. A new air conditioning system and indirect LED lighting were installed on the façade.
