On a lot facing the fairway, the house is developed in an "L" shape with the bedrooms and connected by a foyer and patio in an uneven level of the social area. The living room and dining room are separated by a covered terrace facing the patio. All areas of the house overlook the golf course.

The house has fireplaces, large windows and low maintenance materials that give it a Mexican-contemporary country character all with a simple material palette that includes, repainted, wood beams, stone and wood floors and wood shutters that give privacy and warmth to the house.
