The house has a large central courtyard with access through a double height glass foyer with a wooden lattice that connects to the living room and dining room on one side and the bedrooms on the other. The floor of the patio, foyer, living room and dining room is travertine that unfolds into the wall of the entire space with double height, large windows and the wooden soffit that provides an atmosphere of warmth. The foyer connects to an interior courtyard, the bedrooms and a game room upstairs with a large terrace, jacuzzi and view to the treetops of the neighborhood. The palette of materials is simple; marble and wood flow throughout the project, creating a sense of integration and architectural coherence.
