The terrain has a significant slope, so the project was developed on slopes. The sober main access consists of a rotunda and a wall that hides the cars and connects to a double height lobby that distributes the rooms upstairs and the social areas downstairs. This foyer is a glass box with a wooden lattice that provides light and warmth to the center of the house. All the spaces of the house overlook the garden.
In this way the house achieves an integration to the mountain in a way that makes the structure and installations more efficient.
The facade is covered with travertine and tile and the floors are covered with marble and new and recovered wood.
